Wedgelock Parts
Wedgelock carries or can supply replacement parts for all of its products. We also supply pins and shims in a range of sizes.

Due to the wide variety of products, models and component parts, to order a part for a Wedgelock product it is first necessary to contact us using one of the methods below.

Serial Numbers

In order to supply the correct matching part for your Wedgelock Product it will usually be necessary for you to furnish us with the SERIAL NUMBER of the product.

All modern Wedgelock products will carry an aluminium plate (above left) with the relevant details of the product. Most will also have a serial number stamped into the ear plate (above right) or similar.

Couplers

All Wedgelock couplers will display an aluminium plate on the outside of one ear plate (usually, but not limited to, the pin retention side). All couplers will also have the serial number stamped into the top of the ear plate.
NOTE: some older couplers may have the serial number stamped on the ear plate (pre 2005).

Tilt Buckets

All Wedgelock tilt buckets will display an aluminium plate on the top panel between the ear plates. All tilt buckets will also have the serial number stamped into the top of the ear plate.
NOTE: older tilt buckets may have the serial number stamped on the top box beam.

Buckets

All Wedgelock buckets will display an aluminium plate on the top of the bucket between the ear plates. All buckets will also have the serial number stamped into the top of the ear plate.
NOTE: Older buckets may have a serial number stamped on the top box of the bucket shell (shown in green).

PowerClamp

All Wedgelock PowerClamps will display an aluminium plate on the top of the body near the pivot pin. All PowerClamps will also have the serial number stamped into the top of the body side plate.
NOTE: PowerClamps and PowerThumbs that pre-date the aluminium plates may have information stamped into the body in a place that is protected from outside damage. If you can't find the serial number, send us a photograph of the attachment and we can advise.
